These Terms govern your use of DrillDeck USA (the "Service"), operated by DrillDeck USA ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DrillDeck USA provides study tools, fitness calculators, and a Premium membership for U.S. military recruits preparing for basic training. The Service is for educational and informational purposes only and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Defense or any branch of the U.S. military.

2. Account & Acceptable Use

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully; (b) commit fraud or send spam; (c) infringe intellectual property; (d) probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service; (e) upload malware; or (f) attempt to bypass technical restrictions or premium gating.

3. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, content, branding, and trademarks. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan.

4. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free performance. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Payments — Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Subscription billing, taxes, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Paddle under Paddle's Buyer Terms. Premium subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you can export or request deletion of your account data.

7. AI Features (Premium)

Premium includes AI-generated fitness, study, and nutrition plans. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not medical, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for your prompts, how you use outputs, and for verifying accuracy. Do not rely on AI outputs as a substitute for guidance from a recruiter, physician, or qualified instructor. We may filter, restrict, or remove outputs and suspend accounts that misuse AI features (illegal content, harassment, jailbreaking, etc.).

8. Disclaimer — Fitness & Health

Fitness, nutrition, and recovery information is general guidance only. Consult a physician before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program. We are not responsible for injury or harm resulting from use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of the seller's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.
