Eligibility

• Request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal.
• Refunds apply to DrillDeck USA Premium (monthly or yearly).

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you purchased with, or email support@drilldeckusa.com and we will assist you.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account or via the Paddle customer portal. After canceling, you retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period — there are no partial-period refunds for cancellation alone.
